Can you maintain any website?
We review each site before accepting it. Technology, code access, hosting, third-party services and the work required all affect fit. If we cannot support the setup responsibly, we’ll say so before agreeing ongoing care.
Do I need to know which platform my site uses?
No. Share the URL and what you know. It’s fine if you don’t know the platform — finding out is part of the review.
Is the first review free?
We look at your enquiry and tell you whether the setup looks like a fit. If a deeper technical audit is needed, its scope and cost are agreed before any work starts.
Is this an emergency or 24/7 service?
Ongoing care has agreed support hours and response expectations. Monitoring, where included, is separate from human availability. Contact us to discuss an existing problem and whether we can take it on.
